New double-4 vinyl matched to the existing color and profile — repaired courses blended into one continuous, weather-tight wall.
Storm-torn siding on a Doylestown home — documented, replaced and matched clean.
A line of summer storms tore panels off the windward wall of a Doylestown home and drove water behind the rest. We tarped it up the same day, documented everything for the insurance claim, then replaced the damaged sections color-matched to the existing siding — back to weather-tight fast, by our own crew.
From wind-torn and exposed to weather-tight and matched.
The challenge
High winds had ripped a section of siding clean off the windward wall and cracked panels across two other elevations, leaving the house wrap exposed and water getting behind the adjacent runs. The homeowners needed it secured immediately, documented properly for their insurance claim, and repaired so the new panels didn't stand out against the weathered existing siding.
What we did
We secured and tarped the exposed wall the same day to stop further water intrusion, then photographed and documented the full extent of the damage for the insurance adjuster. Once the claim was approved, we replaced the torn and cracked sections in double-4 vinyl matched as closely as possible to the existing color and profile, re-flashed the affected windows, repaired the underlying house wrap and blended the new courses into the old so the repair reads as one continuous wall.
The result
A weather-tight home again, with the damage handled start to finish — fast emergency securing, clean insurance documentation that made the claim straightforward, and a color-matched repair that disappears into the existing siding. No exposed walls, no mismatched patch, no lingering water path.

House wrap & flashing repair

Storm-damage siding repair in Doylestown & Lower Bucks County
Bucks County summer storms and winter wind events regularly tear or crack siding — and the real damage is often what the wind drives behind it. The priority is securing the wall fast to stop water intrusion, then documenting the damage properly so the insurance claim is accurate and smooth. A good repair matches the existing siding closely and fixes the weather barrier underneath, not just the visible panels.
AVI Exteriors is based in Levittown and handles storm-damage siding repair across Lower Bucks County and South Jersey — Doylestown, New Britain, Chalfont, Warrington, Buckingham and beyond. If a storm hit your siding, we'd be glad to take a look and help you through the claim.
“After the storm took part of our siding off, AVI came out the same day and tarped everything, then handled all the photos for our insurance. The repair matches the rest of the house so well you can't even tell. They made a stressful situation easy.”
